The rear gauge of our MVD folding machines is robust and durable. Very precise, MVD thrust bearings are assembled with DC motors and THK ball screws and linear guides. An ultra-resistant steel profile allows the secure installation of the two stop fingers. MVD thrust bearings offer speed and positioning accuracy up to 0.004”, day after day without the need to recalibrate it.

The crowning system of MVD press brakes is WILA brand. Global manufacturer of top-of-the-range systems, WILA offers impeccable quality and allows ultra-precise bench compensation for each bend, all controlled manually or automatically by the CNC (optional). The one-piece WILA system is 100% service and maintenance free. Contrary to the hydraulic system, it allows a single block apron without opening in its center. The apron is therefore more rigid and above all more durable. In addition, by avoiding the installation of hydraulic cylinders, we avoid replacing seals and repairing hydraulic leaks, which are often costly in money but above all… in time!
